Haunted Hogwarts . . . featuring

Sunday, October 31
Join conductor Matthew Kraemer as he leads the BPO
through an afternoon of Halloween music including music
from the Harry Potter films, and featuring a costume parade
across the Kleinhans stage. The Buffalo Niagara Youth Chorus
joins the BPO for this spooktacular event!



A Visit from St. Nick . . . featuring Santa!

The BPO’s annual children’s holiday favorite returns with
Matthew Kraemer leading a delightful program of holiday
carols and classics with a special Santa Claus sing-along.

Mozart’s Magnificent Voyage . . . featuring  

Sunday, January 30
An old travelling trunk serves as a magic chest that reveals
an incredible journey back in time to Mozart’s childhood.
Audiences will enjoy 23 excerpts of the master’s music, magically
woven into the drama as two actors recreate historical incidents
from the composer’s life. Presented with Classical Kids Live!

Peter and the Wolf . . . featuring

Sunday, February 27
Prokofiev’s timeless classic opens the musical door to the instruments
of the Orchestra through the story of young Peter and his encounter
with the vicious wolf. Children will see the action as they hear
the music. A magical experience at Kleinhans!

Symphony Sing-a-long . . . featuring   

Sunday, March 27
Maestro Paul Ferington leads the BPO in a program featuring
three local choirs – Buffalo Academy for Visual and Performing
Arts, Niagara Falls High School and Clarence High School.
Sing along with the choirs and hear BPO Scholarship winner
and BPO Idol Joseph Mohan on the piano.



Casey at the Bat . . . featuring the Buffalo Bisons!

Sunday, May 8
Matthew Kraemer conducts this collaboration with the Buffalo
Bisons, as Billy Buffalo comes to Kleinhans for a celebration of
springtime and baseball. “Casey at the Bat” is just part of this
concert which includes music from The Natural and Field of Dreams.

All tickets are $8 for kids, $12 for adults!  Save when you buy a ticket package - includes all 6 family series concerts, $30 for kids, $60 for adults!
