This series of concert previews led by Maestro Paul Ferington, will be moving from Kleinhans to three branches of the Buffalo and Erie County Public Libraries – a lunchtime presentation at the Main Branch downtown, and evening presentations at the Amherst-Audubon and Orchard Park libraries.

We are pleased to be able to present these concert previews AT NO COST to you in collaboration with the Buffalo and Erie County Public Libraries.

Literary Legends in Music -

American Ingenuity -

Witness the greatness of our own American talent in the genious of George Gershwin, William Schuman, and Buffalo's own Phillip Rothman as the BPO's Gershwin Festival "...Makes a Lady out of Jazz!"

Concerto Celebration -

Get to know this unique musical form, pitting one soloist vs. the Orchestra  displayed in the dazzling concerti of Rachmaninoff, Mozart, and Liebermann.

Nature in Symphonic Music -

Storms, crashing waves, babbling brooks, and starry constellations are captured in the nature loving music of Beethoven, Debussy, and Holst.

Choral Masterpieces -

The joy of singing and celebration of life catapults upward in the Requiem settings of Berlioz, Faure, Brahms, and Verdi, each uniquely magnificent and moving.

SYMPHONY SHUTTLES


We are adding two new Symphony Shuttles for our Saturday Night Pops and Classics concerts to our popular program initiated with Salvatore’s restaurant. Serving the Southtowns, a shuttle will depart from the Roycroft Inn in East Aurora and stop at Ilio DiPaolo’s in Blasdell before heading on to Kleinhans. From the North, a shuttle will depart from Sonoma Grille and stop at Prime 490 before heading on to Kleinhans.

These shuttles are available for $10 round trip, or as part of a dinner package at the restaurants which cost $35 for subscribers with tickets or $65, $75 or $85 for individual concerts, depending on your seating location.

Call 800-318-9430 to reserve your shuttle seat. Call the Box Office at 885.5000 to reserve restaurant packages. Shuttle seats and Restaurant Packages must be reserved by 9 AM on the Thursday before the Saturday concert.

BPOvations patrons may park and take advantage of the shuttle service from any of our restaurant partners and need not purchase the dinner package to do so. Call 800-318-9430 to reserve your shuttle seat by 9 AM on the Thursday prior to concert night.
